When you will hear back

Usually within two working days. Over a busy weekend it can take a little longer — your email will not get lost.

Something not working?

Please include right away:

  • Your family name in the app, so we know where to look.
  • Which browser and device you are using (for example: Safari on an iPhone).
  • What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected to happen.

Do not send passwords — we never need them, and we cannot read the family password back anyway.
