The Visit Planner The Visit Planner Set up the visit planner for your whole family in a few simple steps.
Go to the app and create an account. Enter the name of your grandparent and choose a family password. You need that password yourself to sign in; the rest of the family gets in through a link.
Send the invite link to your siblings, cousins, and anyone who visits. Whoever clicks it only fills in a name and is in the planner. The link carries no password.
Click on a day in the calendar to plan a visit. Everyone can see who is visiting when, so grandma or grandpa is never alone too long — and no one shows up at the same time.
