A few more things

Can I cancel?

Yes, straight away and with one button in your account. There is no notice period and no exit fee. Family Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to our data if I stop?

Everything stays. Your visits, notes and photos do not disappear — only the Plus features lock. Switch Family Plus back on later and it is all still there exactly as you left it.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, by email. Payment runs through Stripe, which automatically sends an invoice to the admin's email address after every payment.
